Affordable Housing Programme

MAHHI TECHNOLOGY NIG. LTD. delivered a large-scale affordable housing programme for security services clients, per the company profile: 600 units delivered for the Nigerian Police and Navy. Our integrated civil construction capability covered site development, building construction, supervision and quality control at every stage, taking the project from plans on paper to places to live.

We deployed our turnkey project management procedures: a dedicated project team under a project controller, planning engineers maintaining the master schedule, procurement and expediting for materials, and continuous quality inspection with materials sourced from quality-driven suppliers. Site safety followed our HSES framework, with documented safety meetings and client reporting throughout execution.

The programme showcases MAHHI's ability to mobilize for high-volume residential delivery: coordinated trades, disciplined cost control, and commissioning through to closeout. It stands as the flagship reference for our building and civil engineering division, alongside ongoing road construction and renovation work across the FCT and beyond.
